WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?
In addition to cash, we accept EC cards (Maestro) as well as the credit cards American Express, Visa, JCB, Mastercard and Diners Club. For business travellers, we also offer the option of a company account. A tourist tax of 7.5% is levied in Berlin and must be paid on site.

On request, you can book a late departure until 2:00 pm.
AT WHAT TIMES IS RECEPTION OPEN?
Reception is staffed around the clock.
BERLIN CITY TAX
Since 1 April 2024, the state of Berlin has been levying a city tax, otherwise known as the culture tax, of 7.5% of the net overnight price on private and business overnight stays.
Our room prices are per room per night plus culture tax. This is payable on site.
AT WHAT TIMES IS BREAKFAST SERVED, AND DO I HAVE TO BOOK THIS IN ADVANCE?
You do not have to book breakfast in advance, except for groups of 10 or more.

- Saturdays; on Sundays and bank holidays 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
UP TO WHAT AGE CAN CHILDREN STAY IN THEIR PARENTS' ROOM FOR FREE?
Children up to the age of 5 years can stay free of charge in their parents’ room, including breakfast buffet.
ARE THERE ANY PARKING FACILITIES?
There is a public parking garage in the Europa-Center as well as opposite, at the Kaufland supermarket. You can also park free of charge in the surrounding streets.
The hotel has 6 parking spaces of its own, one of which is wheelchair accessible. These are subject to a charge and cost €15.00 per day.
