Getting there

• Check-in from 3.00 pm (earlier check-in by arrangement)

Departure

• Check-out on the day of departure by 12.00 noon
• On request, you can book a late departure until 2.00 pm.

• Bed linen is changed every 4 days.
• We can also change your bed linen daily on request.

Payment

• The following payment methods are accepted: cash, EC, credit cards. The only permissible currency is Euro.

• Information about departure times is available at reception or directly from www.bvg.de.

Iron and ironing board

• If you need an iron and ironing board, please contact reception.

Fire | Rescue routes

• Please consult our information signs.

Fitness

• Our gym is located in the basement.
• Please report to reception before use.

Breakfast times

• Monday-Friday 6.00 am to 10.00 am
• Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays 7.00 am to 11.00 am.

Luggage storage

• You can store your luggage at reception.

Luggage service

• We are happy to help you with your luggage. Just speak to us!

Fresh Towels

• If you would like a change of towels, please place them on the bathroom floor.

Pets

• If you would like to bring along your pets, please obtain the hotel’s approval first. Pets will incur additional charges.

Sanitary products

• A range of sanitary products (including disposable razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc.) is available at reception.

  During this time, please take extra care not to disturb the other guests.

Smoking at the hotel

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Any violation of this rule will incur a charge of 150.00 €.

• You can use the safe in your room free of charge.

Taxi

• Our employees will be happy to call a taxi for you.

Laundry

• You can use our laundry room with washing machine and drier free of charge.

Wake-up Service

• If you would like us to wake you up, please inform reception.

• Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Rooms will be cleaned between 8.00 am and 2.00 pm.
